Welcome to Rajeshahi Travels (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our car rental services through our website https://www.rajeshahitravel.com and apply to all payments made via the Cashfree Payment Gateway.

Please read these Terms carefully before booking a vehicle or making a payment. By accessing our website, using our services, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You hold a valid driving license.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received via Cashfree Payment Gateway and a confirmation email/SMS is issued.

2.2. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via Cashfree, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other approved payment methods.
• All payments must be made in INR (₹).
• Taxes and additional fees may apply as per the applicable government regulations.

2.3. Security

• We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are securely processed by Cashfree in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
• For any payment issues, please contact our support team or Cashfree directly.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours/days] before the scheduled rental start time to qualify for a full or partial refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of the rental amount.

3.2. Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method through Cashfree.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

4. Usage Terms

The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with traffic laws and for lawful purposes only.

Subleasing or use of the vehicle for illegal activity will lead to immediate termination and legal action.

You are liable for any damage, theft, or loss incurred during the rental period.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the booking.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from payments made via Cashfree should first be reported to our customer support at rajeshahitravel.book@gmail.com.
• If unresolved, the dispute may be escalated to Cashfree Payments for transaction-specific resolution.
• The jurisdiction for legal matters shall be Pune, Maharashtra.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
